Introducing our partners - this month, Bread and Butter Catering
Many who have visited the shooting school or attended our Really Wild Clay Days in recent months have commended the brilliant catering and service, which is all the work of our new catering partners.
Bread and Butter catering was launched in 2016 by Lewis Spreadbury & Amanda J'Bair. The aim was to create a catering company that upheld the same values you would expect from a restaurant. Bread & Butter thrives from its approach to menu planning, creativity and wanting to create a bespoke and tailored experience for each of its customers. Drawing on years of accrued experience in the restaurant & hospitality industry at the highest level, and the team that has been built up by them through the development of their first venture, The Crown in Upton, Hampshire, Amanda & Lewis branched out to make their vision a reality. The Bread & Butter venture needed a home, which was eventually found and made in the beautiful Test Valley village of Tangley. The Bread & Butter kitchen & HQ is situated amongst some of the most picturesque landscapes in Hampshire, complimented by some of the most inspired and second to none produce, making the strive towards honest, creative, innovative and British homegrown food that much easier.
