We are thrilled to announce, after an incredibly successful inaugural event, that the Annika Purdey Ladies Day will return in 2027. Celebrating Women in Shooting and raising vital funds for The Country Food Trust, on Saturday 12th June 2027, the Ladies Day shoot will return to Purdey at the Royal Berkshire.

With Annika at the helm, the day will follow a competition format with up to 100 guests split into teams of four, guests are very welcome to bring a full team or join as an individual gun and will be allocated a team with other likeminded Ladies with a passion for shooting.

A series of shooting challenges will take place over 100 targets simulating a variety of flight paths. What makes this day truly unique is that it is open to all abilities, Ladies are welcome to attend with minimal shooting experience alongside experienced guns, our course will be set with a variety of stands for all abilities, for a fun yet challenging competition.

Alongside a day of incredible shooting, guests will enjoy a light breakfast, traditional Elevenses in the field, pre-lunch drinks reception, and a formal sit-down seasonal lunch with a prize giving to conclude the day. Guests should expect fantastic luxury prizes, to be announced in the new year.

We really wanted a day that reflects how much we appreciate and value our female clients, the modern Purdey women, who we’re fortunate to have so many of these days. We wanted to create a luxurious, classically Purdey experience, to be held in the naturally spectacular surroundings of Purdey at the Royal Berkshire, our truly superb newly refurbished shooting school, and we were keen to design that experience with more of a female feel to it.”
