Kirby Estate

Set on 2000 acres, Kirby is our newest estate which straddles the beautiful Berkshire Downs. This estate boasts the highest point of land in the South East of England.

The house was built in 1733, is set within eight acres of formal gardens and is a superb example of a Queen Anne property. The topography of the land ensures high ‘birds’ and a variety of drives.

If the weather allows, we stop at the fascinating Walbury Hill Fort (built circa 750 BC) if the weather allows. Here, you can experience breathtaking views of the seven surrounding counties.
