Completed in 1974, the square-bar action-body has our concealed third-grip and clip sides, and the lockplates are engraved with game scenes of pheasant and duck in flight surrounded by Large Scrollwork, executed by D. O’Brien and complemented with a silver finish. The underside of the action is engraved with a mallard in flight and the beaded-edge trigger-guard is engraved with a  pointer on the bow. The well-figured stock is finished with a leather-covered recoil-pad. Both sets of barrels have matted flat-top ribs. The gun and its extra barrels are offered in their leather case.
