- Clothing items I couldn’t live without: For a throw-on layer for extra warmth during our unpredictable Spring and Summer, I absolutely love my Schöffel Lyndon Fleece. In fact, I like it so much I bought the long-sleeved Burley for when the colder days arrive in Autumn. I can also see me having to get one of the beautiful Hicks & Brown Fedoras we have just had in, which is sure to become a favourite!
- Favourite way to spend a Sunday: With my children living in Bristol and Manchester, I spend many weekends travelling to see them, so Sundays are often spent having a leisurely breakfast, followed by helping them with some DIY or gardening, a walk and then lunch in a local restaurant or pub, before the journey home.
- My last meal: If it is my last meal, I'm going to make it a good one! To start with, a sharing board of antipasti, including big, fat, Nocellara olives, ciabatta bread, vegetables and spanish meats, accompanied by my favourite Gin Mare and tonic. Then, grilled lobster with garlic butter, skinny fries and an oaked Chardonnay. For dessert, a really zingy lemon tart and clotted cream, followed by a very mature cheddar with chutney and oatcakes.

Wendy joined the RB in 2013 as our Receptionist, before moving to run our popular Calibre Club for members and subsequently take on the job of overseeing the upkeep of our beautiful School. She is passionate about ensuring every client has the best experience possible when they visit us, so is always happy to hear if there is anything we can do to improve what we offer.
