  • Clothing item I couldn’t live without: I love my Peltor ear defenders and couldn’t be without them. They offer brilliant protection whist at the same time offering great clarity of sound- I can even hear wing beats and birds tweeting. I have owned them for over two years and have yet to change the batteries.  My Pilla glasses have revolutionised the clarity of both the outline of the target and my ability to see the shot string - I can’t recommend them highly enough.
  • Favourite way to spend a Sunday: I would have a long lie in after all of those early morning lessons at RB before hosting my family for a delicious Sunday lunch. I would then follow this with a malt whiskey and my favourite Western film, ‘The Searchers’, before enjoying a peaceful nap on the sofa.
  • My last meal: To start I would have seared scallops, for main course it has to be Chateaubriand served with dauphinoise potatoes, French beans and bearnaise sauce and lastly my absolute favourite dessert of all time… profiteroles. All washed down with a good Chablis.
