- Clothing items I couldn’t live without: I would be literally stuck in the mud without my pair of Le Chameau Chasseurnord wellies, which are my lifeline for horse riding and rainy dog walks. I love them because their neoprene lining keeps my toes snug without restricting any movement whilst walking. Another clothing necessity is my Barbour Lightweight Waxed Jacket, which has kept me dry throughout wet and windy days on the Cornish coastline. Another bonus is that it has multiple pockets that appeal to my handbag detestation and is currently offered with a 50% discount in our Country Store Sale!
- Favourite way to spend a Sunday: My Sunday mornings are always leisurely, spent with an abundance of tea and banana pancakes. I like to spend the rest of the day ‘screen-free’, which usually consists of riding my horse Hope or visiting my family’s dog Gizmo.
- My last meal: Tomato and Lentil Spaghetti Bolognese – a hearty classic and easy to cook!
