Gordon Robinson, Royal Berkshire Sporting Agency, Driven Grouse, shooting, Driven Pheasant, Hexton Estate, North Molton Gordon Robinson - Sporting Agent Gordon has now worked as a Sporting Agent with the Royal Berkshire for 24 years and when not out running a game shooting day for a client, can be found at the RB with his beautiful dog Lottie,  planning days all over the UK and Spain - if you have ever thought about trying game shooting for yourself, do give him a shout!
  • Clothing item I couldn’t live without: I couldn’t be without my Schoffel Ketton Packaway jacket as it is great for layering and I can wear it all year round. I always keep it in my car, just in case! I also love my Purdey Hawick Gilet as it is both stylish and versatile and I wear it on anything from shoot days to dinner at the pub.

  • Favourite way to spend a Sunday: My main passion is fishing, so a Sunday spent on the River Test with my spaniel Lottie is an obvious choice. I also enjoy watching my son pay football Andover Town Youth FC. The afternoon would then be spent enjoying a Sunday roast with my family, followed of course by a glass of red and a cigar.

  • My last meal: To start it would have to be good calamari, this would be followed by young grouse breast, served with dauphinoise potatoes, glazed, roasted root vegetables and bread sauce. I don’t have a sweet tooth so I would skip the dessert and go straight for the Shropshire Blue served with crusty bread (not crackers!).
