January 17th at Well Barn Estate, Oxfordshire 200 bird day- £1,129+vat per peg
Until now, the stunning Tusmore Park shoot has been exclusively for the owners use. However, this year, the estate has approached The Royal Berkshire Sporting Agency exclusively and invited us to sell a small number of days. Tusmore is an ancient estate set in North Oxfordshire (not far from Bicester) and can be found in the Domesday Book when it was the home of the 1st Earl of Buckingham. Whilst under different ownership today, it is simply stunning and boasts arguably Britain’s best shoot lodge. Our clients will enjoy the use of the luxurious lodge throughout the day.
Whilst not set amongst steep topography, the estate has embarked on an impressive rearing scheme. The birds are small, light and very fast and, unlike many breeds of pheasant, these birds are designed to be wild and fly high. Pushed from cover crop and woodland these birds provide an exhilarating challenge with guns pegged across a wide area, so long shots can always be taken between pegs
WELL BARN ESTATE
