Purdey Sidelock Shotgun 29297

Side-by-Side, 16-bore

A fine game gun with two sets of barrels, engraved by T. Frenette. The square-bar action-body has our concealed third-grip and clip sides, and the lockplates are engraved with game scenes of pheasant and duck in flight surrounded by fine scrollwork, complemented with a silver finish. The beaded-edge trigger-guard is engraved with ‘KJ’ on the bow, and the well-figured stock is finished with a chequered end. Both sets of barrels have matted flat-top ribs. Notes: Completed in 1992, extra barrels in 2001.
