Please note that prior to Christmas, deliveries may take longer than normal. In order to have the best chance of receiving shipments in time for Christmas, please note the last order dates for delivery to your region.

We are offering an extended return period on full price items bought in December 2019. Items can be returned until January 31st 2020. Please note that personalised items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
We currently deliver to the countries listed below. A shipping cost estimate will be displayed in the shopping basket overview and during the checkout process.
Please note that you may be required to pay import duties depending on the delivery destination of your order, payment of which is required to release your order from customs. Where applicable, UK VAT is removed during the checkout process.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes. We do not deliver to forwarding addresses, which includes Aramex addresses.
Orders that will be delivered within the U.K. and Europe will usually be delivered to your selected delivery address within 2-5 working days after the order has been confirmed.
Orders that will be shipped to countries outside of Europe will usually be delivered to your selected delivery address within 3-7 working days after the order has been confirmed.
The delivery times shown above are based on our courier partner’s expected transit times but cannot be guaranteed. We insure all orders for the time they are in transit until they are delivered and signed for.
Please note that choosing an embossing option will delay the order dispatch by up to 5 working days.
Purdey offers free UK and international shipping for all orders over £250. This will automatically be applied during checkout.
If you are not happy with your order for any reason then you can return it for a refund within 28 days of delivery. Please fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
We will send you an email with a free return shipping label and details on how to return the shipment to Purdey.
Refunds can only be credited to the original transaction card or PayPal account and will be processed within 14 days.
You must return any goods to us in their original packaging in a “new and unused state,” with all original labelling attached and a copy of the invoice.
Personalised items (embossed or engraved) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Goods can also be returned in person at our Audley House store for refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required in the form of the original dispatch note. Photographic identification may also be required. In-store refunds can only be processed using the original transaction method via our website and may take up to 7 working days to process.
Items received as a gift can be sent back for a refund. The refund is made to the provider of the gift, not the recipient. The recipient may exchange the goods for other goods of the same value or more, provided that they pay the price difference together with any additional shipping costs.
