Purdey's Earl Grey and Blackberry Gunner

Add the whiskey, cooled earl grey, ginger beer, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.

Muddle 4 large blackberries and then pass through a sieve to remove all seeds. Add the blackberries to your cocktail shaker and shake.

Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with thyme and a blackberry.

35ml Ginger beer

25ml Simple syrup

4 muddled blackberries, sieved
