To prepare the glasses:
Cut strips of rhubarb to act as stirrers for your glasses.
Rub the fresh ginger around the rim of each glass to give off the aroma of the fresh ginger.
Using a cocktail shaker fill 1/4 with ice cubes and pour over ice the vodka and the liquor.
Put the lid on and shake twice to blend them together.
Remove lid and then top up shaker with the Champagne.
Put the top onto the shaker and using the shaker as a sieve, pour cocktail into chosen glasses.
50ml Kings ginger liqueur
50ml Chase rhubarb vodka
Laurent Perrier champagne
