In a food processor blend all these ingredi­ents together to form a mix that can easily be rolled into balls you can leave it as course or as smooth as you prefer.

Roll in coloured coconut or pistachio powder.

Chill for a few hours before serving.

125g raisins
125g dates or dried apricots
125 walnuts
1-2 tsp spirulina powder
20g shelled hemp seeds
30g cocoa powder
50g unsweeted desiccated coconut
100g goji berries
3 tbsp melted organic coconut oil
40g maple syrup
